Walter is posting the whole youtube link, like (I've added spaces): http : // www . youtube . com / watch etc.. While your link seems to use the shorthand version, like: http : // youtu.be / Also, the forum software will prevent you from using iframes or javascript. So the full link seems the only thing accepted.
