I also think it would look better on black interior on tan I would definitely go carbonfiber Sent from my FRD-L14 using Tapatalk
there are options with the clear final coat, we tend not to use gloss nor low gloss, found that the eggshell works better in the interior especially on the dash panel
Premier in L.A. told me that the finish depends on the year. The early model 360's have a lighter color, rough finish. The later years have a darker, smooth finish. I have verified this. Having said that, I really like the black in the picture earlier in this thread! However, I would never get the door panels powder coated. Why? Because they get kicked all the time and, once you scratch a powder coated part, you're screwed. You're not going to get the scratch out, and to refinish it, you first have to sandblast all of the powder coating off of the piece, then powder coat again.
Powder coating is much more durable than paint or the factory finish. Damage will be done to any surface if hit hard enough. My parts were scuffed from previous owners. I'm very careful getting in and out of my car.

looks to be a bit too glossy? I just removed a full interior on a spider and it def has a flat sheen to it. Thoughts and what color was used - ?
