I know of a place in Westchester County. It is probably the same place that Harmony knows. I just saw a awesome set of Stradale wheels they just finished in Titanium. Im not sure how reasonable they are, but their work is second to none.

Call USA Wheel in Fairfield/West Caldwell, NJ. They are probably the best wheel refurbishers on the East Coast. I had the wheels for my Corvette redone by them and they came out better than new. I've also had them straighten a couple of rims for me as well. They do good work and their prices are decent. A friend had his wheel for his 355 spyder redone by them and they are beautiful.

They do really good work, and have a huge pallet of colors to choose from.
