My 355 door mirrors work fine if you switch them to rotate up or down in the vertical plane. They will not travel in or out on the horizontal plane??? This problem was present when I purchased the car and it was resolved (for a while) by the shop that did the PPI. I was told they found a bit of corrosion on the fuse box and that it was not the switch. I cannot find the fuse noted anywhere in the factory manual which is supplied with the car. Can someone point me to the fuse/relay that controls the horizontal movement of both door mirrors??? Thanks..........

Are you serious there is a fuse that controls horizontal movement of the door mirrors? :p:p
    Bloody hell! :p:p

NEVER heard of that before!! :):)
Not too sure what advantages that would have doing it this way? :):)

Although...........it does seem strange that both mirrors are not working, horizontally.:eek:

I am assuming the switch circuit is protected by a fuse. I would just like to know the power source for the switch...
