I have used these on a variety of applications with consistently positive results. I think they offer a good portion of the benefits of a crossed-drilled rotor with few negative aspects. I have never warped a set even with very agressive pads (which warped even quality rotors under heavy use). Ancedotal evidence to be sure, but I'm a repeat user. If it's just a marketing gimmick it's one I've fallen for... No opinion on the cryo treated ones and none of my uses have been on a Ferrari... Bill
