Is there a rubber gasket in the top of the cap that seals the cap to the reservoir? My cap no longer snugs down and it looks like there was an o-ring/gasket there. Anybody know of a replacement? I tried a Mazda oil filter o-ring (all I had that came close) and it helps, but it needs to big thicker.

Have you upadated the power steering tank as suggested by FNA??
If you havent... you run the risk of blowing the cap off at temperature and getting a nice mess of power steering fluid all over your engine bay....
