Does anyone know who makes this wireless remote for Spider power top? Would make the process much easier.
So let's see, to put the top down you have to get in the car (if not already in it), put the key in the ignition, release the top latch, get out of the car, push the remote button, put the top cover on, Get in the car, adjust the windows to where you want them and you are ready to drive. All I can see is it saves you a ride in the seats. Putting the top up, Assuming you are in the car with top down to starts, I see no difference at all other than when you get back in the car after removing the top cover. Cute, but pointless.
I have installed Daytona seats from a 430 and bypassed the potentiometers so the only way I can get the top down is to push both seat backs forward. With the seat backs forward it takes some contorting to get to the top switch. A remote would make life easier.
