    There has been a lot written about wiring of the window mechanism, but nothing written about replacing the electric motor without disturbing the wiring? If anyone has done this a description with pictures would be appreciated, Thanks

    Search in the 308 section. The mechanism is almost identical and there are lots of threads with photos to guide you.
