I put a deposit on a Porsche 911S at Mercedes of Ft. Lauderdale. It's a 2006, and just went out of warranty. I'm still at sea and won't be home till next week. I should get a PPI on the car. I understand it was bought from "The Collection" who has taken a few hits from the F-chat press. Any recommendations in the area ? Thanks !!

You will not be disappointed, he knows Porches as well as or better than anyone in Florida! Willie,You might want to call him first and ask which models to avoid, or what specific problems different model years may have.

Buon Giorno a te!! sometime ago, on the chat, someone asked about a dream garage for under $150k.... 3 cars... so mine was my 328, a 911, and a 500SL.... so now have a 430CLK instead, so getting a little closer.... (besides, my lovely girlfriend wanted the 911... and you know how that works.....am I right ?!?) and she has the 3 car garage... I don't.... (and it is a surprise for her..... ) so... hopefully we'll be at the Bentley showing on the 3rd in the 911 and then back down to BT's BBQ in the 328 on the 5th... then all the cars get shipped to the west coast and some new driving experiences on the Pacific Coast highway !! so despite the 911, I'll always say...

Willie - our tech went through the car in the shop yesterday very carefully - I stayed while he worked and looked the car over myself. The car is in great shape in every respect - since color combo and drop head were as important as anything else I think you bought a great car! we are there to serve this community anytime so just let us know how we can help - and lets all pray the wind dosent blow this year.
