I got a second chance offer from an eBay seller for a vintage TVR I was drooling over and I can't hop a plane to see it just yet. If it is legit, I'll be over the moon :)

Anybody out there know much about TVRs that can take a look for me?

Call RAC and ask for Mike Luongo or Carl Jannin. (RUF Auto Center)

I know enough to stay away from them.

    Oh calm down. Just kidding.
I can eyeball it if in the area. Not a pro leak-down etc PPI but a pretty good idea.

If you want a full blown PPI there is an old English car repair center in Haltom city that will know TVR's in depth.

Might check with Kip Motor as well. They do the British stuff, but not sure of TVR experience.

What do you need to know? It's British! That should tell you enough right there... ;)

Ok so I need to have a car shipped from Houston to Vegas to a specialty shop. Car needs a covered trailer, probably this weekend or early next week. I know Houston is a bit off, but it is related since the car moved.
