I need a make a quick appointment for a PPI in the Coral Springs area. I've called both Tim Stanford (this morning) and BlackHorse (yesterday afternoon) - I am assuming they have Saturday hours, but haven't heard back.

Any ideas if they do have Saturday hours (or if there's someone else I could call)?

I'm pretty sure Tim is closed on Saturdays.

Yes, was there yesterday. He is not usually there on Saturdays. A beautiful Lusso, worth the trip, in the shop.

    Hmmm..that doesn't help :)

Is there any reputable shop opened or should I wait? I have a feeling this one will go quickly...

Personally I'd wait until Monday. You can always make your deal and tie up the car subject to PPI.

Nope - the guy told me he won't take a deposit. So basically, I am blocked from making any move to guarantee the car.

What make and model? It makes a difference what shop you go to.

Unless someone else knows this car much nearly as much as the seller, they will probably want a PPI also, so they are in the same boat as you. No deposit? Based on a PPI? That is a little strange in this market.

What is this car? Dealer or private?

Private. I agree with you, but remember, you can get someone that forgoes the PPI and snags it.

I have someone that will look at it for me, but I'll have to do some of my own investigative work.

If someone wants to skip the PPI process, let them have the car. Something else will come along.
