Quick questions -- Where is the car located? How far can you take it to have the PPI done? What kind of car is it?

You've gotten some very good recommendations on places to have a PPI done, but they are spread out over a fairly wide area. For example, if the car is in Western NJ, the owner may not want you taking it to NYC or Long Island to have a PPI done on it. Also, how will you get it there and does the owner want to be present when the inspection is done? There are a number of good shops in NJ, but if the car is way down south, the recommendations you've gotten so far won't be worth much to you.
