Can anyone recommend an expert to do a prepurchase inspection on a 60's vintage Ferrari in Vermont?

I would recommend Peter Markowski of RPM Motors in Vergennes, just outside of Burlington:

Of course, if they are the seller of the vehicle you are considering, then it gets more complicated.

Tivvy Shenton, a long time VSCCA racer, old car restoration shop and Tech Inspector, would have been a good guy to do a PPI even though he is not a Ferrari specialist but, unfortunately, he left the snow and cold of Richmond Vermont a year or two ago to relocate to near Virginia International Raceway in Danville, VA.

Check out Northern Motorsports in Wilder, VT if RPM is not an option. They have done work on quite a few vintage Ferraris and they did the mechanical work for the Williamson collection.
