My advice and I've owned dozens of second-hand classics, sports cars etc, and NEVER a PPI, go on your own experience and knowledge. From what I can see PPI's talk people out of buying , but yes if you need a PPi BSM would be the choice .
I’m in Perth. Cars import from Japan 56,000 khs im interested in cond of engine + underside any signs of accident damage etc suspension wear b joints any leaks. Also if dash is fried and interior if sticky. Any g box synchro issues + f1 shifting issues. Cheers
