Just a reminder, that Mike Epifanio's party is on Sunday, June 27 from 11am to 3pm at his home. This is an FCA event with a RSVP.

Can somebody please email me the address, ideally with zip code so I can program my GPS?

    Thanks, got it.

GPS, the only way for a European to find his way through Chicago's suburbia...

Actually, learning your way through the City is very easy once you learn the "Numbered" Main Streets. (Grid) Westbound, for instance. Halsted-800 West. Ashland-1600W. Damen-2000W. ...Western-2400W. California-2800W. Sacramento-3000W. Pulaski-4000W. Cicero-4800W.All the way to Austin-6000W. Etc...Or,Harlem-7200W

    Same for Northbound.Division-1200North.North Av.-1600N. Fullerton-2400N. Diversey-2800N.Belmopnt-3200N. Irving Park-4000N. Lawrence-4800N. Etc....

Then, when you have an address, just "Compare" it to one of the coinciding Main Streets. Easy.(ofcourse,I've lived here for 40 of my 44 Years....)

    State St. is 0 West/East. Madison is 0 North/South

That makes me feel better. My car is filled with steet indices and maps of Chicagoland, but only since I got the GPS do I actually find my way around.

Can't make it this year. (sister in law's 50th birthday and her 25th wedding anniversary at the same time). Too many things going on, and not nearly enough summertime weekends!!

A great event. Mike's party has always been on my "cannot miss" list.

Now that you've given the skinny on your sister-in-law's age to over 8000 people, I doubt you'll be the most welcomed guest at the party! :)

Thanks Mike Epifanio for a fantastic event!

This was my first time and I loved every minute of it: Great weather, great food, beautiful scenery/backdrops for a ton of our favourite cars, Italian live music, couldn't have been any better. Oh and a lovely souvenir to take home.

    Thanks again!

I'll be posting some pictures tomorrow, but I'm sure by then Dave will have already taken care of that. But we can never have enough pics of these cars, hehe.

She deserves it. ........ anyone who can stay married for 25 years. And she drives a Zanzibar Red Carrera 2 Cabriolet. Everyone just left. There are only a few ounces left of the 6 liter bottle of PORSCHE wine(thanks Hugh Ruthven). I think I'll sit here and finish it off.
