    Good luck! I hope everything works out.

    My grandfather had the EXACT SAME THING several years back. They gave him anti-clotting medication (cumadin) and had some device that massaged his leg which promoted flow and prevented such things re-occurring. It's scary, but medical science is good nowadays and I am confident she will be up and about and yelling at you hooligans in no time :) Keep the faith!

    Thank you for your faithfulness in all things. Thank you that you come close to hear the heartfelt prayers of your children. Hear our prayer now for William's mother. You are the great healer and I ask you to touch William's mother with the power of your Holy Spirit and heal her. I pray that you restore her to health and give her more time to spend with her son and family. Father, please give William the peace that passes all understanding. Peace that comes only from your grace and presence in our lives. We trust that your will is perfect and we ask that your perfect will be to give strength, courage and peace to this child of yours who is asking.

    Your mom is in my prayers. My mother had a blood clot in her leg while being treated at Sloan Kettering for cancer. They let her leave the hospital too soon and she barely made it back to the hospital in time when it was discovered one of the clots had broken off and gone to her lung. We were two blocks from the hospital which saved her life at that point.

    Make sure they keep your mom in for observation for a few days. Don't let them push her out the door too early. Get here a private room even if insurance won't cover it.

    PS: I know you probably don't have time to respond back but if you leave me your mom's first name I will add her to our prayer list at church.

    I want to thank everyone for the support, this is one of the most diffiicult things I ever been through. She is on oxygen currently & the problem now is she had a bad reaction to some medication the caused her heart to jump up to 500 beats per minute. I didn't know if this was possible but that is what I was told. I haven't yet gotten an answer to her real status from her Doctor. The holidays just got in everyone's way. She was telling me I've been a wreck the last couple of days & must be back at my office in Houston. She doesn't want me to worry. So as the mama's boy I am, I didn't want to leave but I headed back to work. She will be at Harris for a couple of weeks. For anyone one that wishes to put her in a prayer list her name is Julia Morton Huber.

    William, it's hard to see our loved ones hurt. I'm sure your mother greatly appreciates your attention during this episode--there's nothing a momma loves more than her momma's boy! Continue to be strong for her, and we'll continue to keep her in our thoughts and prayers. All the best wishes.

    I know how difficult it is to see a loved one suffer, but you must be strong, for your Mom's sake.

    If you fall apart, you will be of no help in your Mom's recovery.

    Your Mom will be included in my prayers.
