Was 2000 the year that Ferrari introduced the pre-cat restriction?
Just wondering if my 99 would have that or not.

    Thanks,

    2000 Was the first year.

    99 550 0-60 4.2s
    2000+ 550 0-60 4.7s

Harmony makes a solution for this.

Why did Ferrari introduce the pre-cat restriction? Was it simply to comply with more restrictive emissions requirements? Or were there other benefits that offset the loss in acceleration? Thanks.

Hey harmony, I e-mailed you a couple of days ago asking what products you have for the 550, since you only have 360 parts on your website...
What all do you have available?
Are the "race" manifolds/headers an improvement over the stock "non restricted" headers?
Do you have dyno/performance numbers to show the difference?

    Thanks
