I wanted to drive my car yesterday afternoon. Fired up the car in the garage and was going backwards. I only made it like 6. feet out of the garage. The clutch pedal got stuck to the floor and would not release. Turned the car off and clutch pedal came out. Fired the car back up and tried again. Same thing, clutch pedal got stock and would not release.
In addition to that i had a pretty big leak of brake/clutch fluid on my garage floor after this happend.

Did anybody had this problem or something similar like this happen before ??? Thanks for any help !!!

Unfortunately, both symptoms correspond exactly to a fluid leak from the clutch-actuating slave cylinder built inside the clutch housing end of the gearbox -- best case, just some new seals (but, with the needed gearbox removal, the labor cost will not be insignificant).

The clutch and actuating slave cylinder got replaced few weeks ago. Maybe my mechanic forgot to tight up something. Any other possible issue which could cause this ??? Thanks for your input !!!

This is possible (I didn't realize before that 360 6-speeds had so many fittings & lines from the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder). If you can, you might try to see where the leak is coming from (although you'll have to look carefully because the fluid may be running to the same low point on the gearbox from either source and drip off in the same place):

If it's coming out of the external hose/fitting plumbing somewhere (like from any of the items 31-37 in the jpeg), it should be an easy re-fix for the Shop.

If it's coming out of just the bottom gearbox area only = most likely the internal slave cylinder has a leak (e.g., items 16 -18) and the gearbox will have to come out again to re-fix.

Good luck, but seems like the Shop should take responsibility.
