    Hi ,

I am about to buy a 91 testarossa, i am being advised that it is not worth doing a pressure test on the engine as i am getting a 2 year full int'l warranty on the car as it as done very little mileage. The test would cost me 450 pounds.

Your feedback on this matter is appreciated.

I had one done on my Testarossa before I bought it because it gave me a little more peace of mind as well as the warranty.

I would suggest going for it if it is worth it for you.

Doh, just read your second post :( ho hum

Would you rather know of problems up front so you can decide on whether or not you even want to buy the car or find out later, hope the warranty and the shop can get it fixed to your satisfaction without depriving you of its use for too long?
