    Yes. There is a one way valve that allows the pressure in the tank to rise to about 0.03 bar (0.45 psi). If the pressure rises above 0.03 bar the valve vents the tank to maintain no more than 0.03 bar. The same valve also allows air into the tank is the pressure drops below the outside atmospheric pressure.

    I HAVE HOW TO MEASURE PRESSURE THAT BECAUSE I HAVE SET PRA THAT PURPOSE! BUT I THINK OF ANY MANNER THAT MAYBE THIS VALVE IS BAD!
    It is MUCH PRESSURE!
    GETTING A GOOD HAND BLOW BY OPENING THE TANK!
    NOW THERE WAS SITUATION IN WHICH SHE WAS SO it difficult to OWN THE OPENING HOLDING TANK COVER!

    If your gas tank is nearly empty and it's fully pressurized it can take 4 or 5 seconds to vent as you loosen the cap. 0.5 psi doesn't sound like much but over the area of the back of the tank if adds up to 200 or 300 pounds pushing out on the tank.

    I had the same suspicion that the valve was faulty. When I checked it, it was fine.

    NOW I WAS RELIEVED!
    MUST BE THAT THEN!
    REALLY USE AS LITTLE CAR, COMING TO BE STOPPED 10.15 DAYS, JUST PUT 15 OR 20 LITRE PETROL PRA for a ride BECAUSE IT ALL WE KNOW HOW WILL deteriorating!

    Hi Alessandro,

    Avoid keeping little petrol in the tank for prolonged periods of time. With small amount of petrol, the pumps will be exposed to air and there will be plenty of space for moisture to condensate. This can eventually lead to corrosion and seizure of the pump rotors.
