Yeah, question about that for the group. I appreciate a nice pair of funbags as much as the next guy, but at a certain point don't they feel and act like literal balloons, and thus losing the illusion that they #could# be real (and isn't that the purpose of plastic surgery in the first place?)
I personally don't like unrealistic size like the last pic. To me it looks like a cartoon. A nice women with proportionally sized to her body is MUCH nicer. Nicely dressed to put everything in value is the best.
If they are real. At 50 or sooner they will most likely be to her knees and look terrible if they don't already. If they are fake then they feel like a huge rock with a nipple on them. B cup perfect size on a model

That may be true of women found in National Geographic or in trailer parks, but I can assure you that it is not the case with girls who take care of themselves.
