    Hello,

Looking to purchase a 2002 360 with 13k miles, red/tan, shields, red calipers, grills, belts replaced last year, some service history, 6 Speed. What do you think I should offer? Sale would depend on a clean PPI.

    Thanks

Tough to just throw out a number based on those specs and no pictures. We could all throw out numbers based on our experience (I bought my 360 with very similar specs 3 months ago) but us throwing out numbers really doesn't mean much in terms of what the seller is willing to sell the car for. In my opinion however, I believe that a general rule is that most sellers would not be willing to go less than a 8-10% cut from the asking price, ie if the asking price is $80k, most sellers probably won't go below $72k unless they need to unload the car quickly. You asked what you should offer. My suggestion, and what I did, was to offer 10% below asking and we ended up at about 7% below asking which I thought was a fair deal for my car.
