I found a US 1999 360 red/tan with 9k miles, options are shields and sport seats. 2-owner car, books some history, belts changed 2 years ago Asking price is $124,900. Is this a good price?

    Thanks

Sounds just a bit high to me. I just got a 2000 360F1 yellow/black yellow stitch 1 owner 20,000 mi CF seats, shields, Larini, sport cats and rear challenge grill all records and all campaigns for under $120,000.

If you're in the market, I have a 2000 with 8400 miles, all books , records , lots of options incl full leather, 19" HRE's, Capristo exhaust etc etc - just had full 30K service with everything...CA car almost all its life...will do a better price than this..selling because I am buying a Spyder

that's way high for a 99. Contact Dan C. (Familyman). His immaculate 99 360 is for sale and he's asking way less than that.

Out of curiosity, how many U.S. '99 360's with similar equipment have you seen sell in the 90's?

It boggles my mind why someone would prefer a '99 F1 over a standard 6-speed.

I guess it takes all kinds to make the world go 'round

I would say between $110-$114. You want to make sure that the tensioners, pulleys and bearings were all done with the last belt service. These items are to be replaced every six years, so you are due. If the work was not performed add $2200 to a service visit. I am sure you are aware of the other items to check.

    Good luck!

OK so there is a 2002 6 speed with 29,311 miles, grey with black interior. I am looking at. Seems to ba a nice car, if this one seems too high with 20,000 miles less what is the 02 worth with all these miles?

personally i would not be interested in purchasing a car with high miles. unless it is in excellent condition i would rather spend a bit more money and get something with less miles.

Their price is around $113,500. How much less should it be worth? I am not exactly sure, but I think it has been listed for sale for about a month so far.

what options does it have? 113,500 is a pretty decent price if it is in decent condition and has decent options.

For a story car maybe. Any clean 2000 model year car with no stories, decent mileage, all campaigns done, etc. would not be a high $90's car.

And of course the F1 enthusiast might say the same regarding the 6-speed. The debate that will likely never end.

The only way you'd get a car like that for $90k is if you moved to Germany. I've actually seen 99's in the $80-85K range on www.autoscout.de , but obviously with 40k+ miles, stories and whatnots. I'd say $115k is a fair price for this one.
