Hi All, I need to hear some other opinions on what's happening in the construction industry. With all the rebuilding that's needed in New Orleans and a threat to Florida, the price of construction and supplies are rising. And before that, it had been on the rise because China was buying up everything. When do you think prices will come back to what is considered normal business? Since it seems Florida gets an annual pounding, is there a regular cycle to construction pricing? The reason I'm asking is I'm trying to get a remodel started but I can't get a solid estimate.
