I did a quick search and could not find anything....Anyone know why the price of zymol wax has gone up so much?I got a starter kit a couple of years ago and the "ital" wax on its own was around £69. Looking on the web now at the same dealer, the price is £380!Where does a 400% price increase come from? Looks like i will be buying some swissol soon.I thought it was a misprint but other u.k. dealers have it at the same price.

Zaino is dramatically better than Zymol, anyway.

I wouldnt agree totally with this commnet.
Zaino is nice because it comes in a "kit" with everything you need.
Some people like me like to play around with other products and take the products you like best, in that case Zymol would be better because you can decide what kind of Carnauba wax and still lets you decide what polish/paint prep stuff you want.

The best way to think of it is Zaino is a process, Zymol is part of the process.

Zaino cleans better, shines brighter, isn't hazy (completely clear), fixes the underlying paint swirls, gives better depth (3d look to the paint), makes the paint look wetter, and lasts longer than Zymol.

Put Zymol on half of your hood, Zaino on the other side. You'll never go back to Zymol (I've got both).

I was shocked to learn of the huge price increase as well. But I found that P21S/S100 to look just as nice, and it goes on/comes off much easier.

I do in fact remember a guy using zaino on his dino and winning the national concours....maybe i will give it a go, when the zymol finally runs out! Maybe there was a mass devastation or tropical storm around the caranuba plantations?

Have you used Zaino's buffing compound to remove swirls/surface scratches? If so, did you do it by hand or did you use a random orbital polisher?

I use S100 as well, Actually im a product tester for them. If you are looking to try P21S just go to a harley davidson dealership (foreign territory) and get S100 its about half the price for the same exact stuff.
