    1989 ts, yellow, 28K miles, tubi exhaust, needs 30K service, doesn't have factory wheels, great exterior, interior seats need a little TLC, all books, toolkits, some decent records.

    What's a fair offer for this car? I figure $5K for the 30K service, another $2K to pick up some 348 wheels/tires, and some elbow grease on the interior.

    mostly depends on motivation of seller, he could be broke or divorcing and need out, or he could just be "fishing" and not really interested in a quick sale.

    40k at the most and thats only if it passes a ppi. 30k service will probably be at least 7k if you have to use the dealer.

    I would guess about $43k normally, if it is $40k that is a real bargain (as I am sure you would think also), assuming the PPI is good. Low mileage 348ts less than 40k would have to be either mechanically deficient or a hideous color (which yellow is NOT)!
