I've been away from the Ferrari market for some time now. I remember hearing the 12 cyl cars were depressed into the mid $50s a few years back and that they have recovered some. I bought a 97 Maranello as a driver some eight years ago and seldom if ever drive the car anymore. I just renewed my subscription, will be placing an ad for the car and need some feedback on current market price. Any information would be helpful.

    Thank You,
    Bill

Just a WAG, but I'd say you could easily start with an asking price around 70K and see what kind of offers you get. This could go up or down depending on when your most recent major was and what kind of service history you have.

your going to be hit with stuff in the low 60's at best imho. sounds like a driver with some patina.

Got a Model S for my daily which is why the 550 does not get driven.

We also have Model S for a DD. I drive the 550 once a week.

I am a little more optimistic about your 550. I think someone might give you 70. I would start at 75k. The yellow may be a tough sell, though. Motorcargallery has had a yellow one for a LONG time.

The Model S is an amazing car, everything they said it would be. Just turned over 4,000 miles in ours.
