Without anymore details I would say 35-40 is where it will sell.

With that many miles I would think 40 is fair, assuming it needs little in terms of engine service. I just bought a spider with 14, 500 miles for $45. It needs the timing belt service. It has been done at least once already (verified), but the records are mostly unavailable.

    For this black GTB,
If it needs a major service, 38 to 40 thousand would be fair. $35 would be quite good for the car. Very good, actually. Prices bottomed in 2012 and are pushing up in the winter. There will be a springtime boom where prices tend to fall by 10-15%, approximately. (supply and demand)

    Dash looks a bit stretched.
Ask about the manifolds, valves, clutch, belt service, error codes, "full disclosure"

    Good luck!

I'm curious why you would say the price will tend to fall by 10-15% in the spring? Is that because all the owners out there put their cars up for sale? I would think it would be opposite as more people would want these cars in the spring.

I looked for 3 years and certainly did not see much seasonal price variations. These are not Miatas or Boxsters (who's prices tend to go up in spring/summer).

My 95 spider with 19k miles in very good conditions with full service records but in need of a major was $46. I might have gotten if for less, but this was the car I wanted. I think, judging from the picture and mileage, if this coupe needs a major $40k is about the top I'd offer, given a good PPI. But then it depends somewhat on how much you want a black/tan coupe and whether you can find another. I wanted a Swaters Blu 1995 spider and passed on a few because I was willing to wait for the right car or not buy at all.
