Hello all you Magnum´s out there,

I was curious to know wether there is more information on this car.
Originally the car was bordeaux red, than it was exported to belgium, painted tomato red, than got to the Netherlands, and from there to Spain where it was painted azzurro hyperion met.

Especially the history of this car during its stay in So Cal is of interest to me.

    Ricky

This little note I found in the car.

My guess is that it's a note from the late 80's, or early-90's.

2nd owner of my car sold it to a dealer for $48K, right after Enzo died. That dealer installed a new interior on the car (even though it'd taken 2nd "in class" at a Concours in Penn., in the mid-80's) and tried to sell it in '89-'90 for $68K. It didn't sell.

    Have yoiu called Vagabond House?

No, but originally it is a US car. I do not know if that counts for the US 308 GT4 investigation you are doing.

I'm sure you already know this, but:

Originally a California, U.S.A. car (up until 1989).
As of 1989, the car was Red with the lower Boxer paint trim, with Black interior.
Up until 1994, the car was painted all-Red and was in Belgium.
After 1996, the car was in the Netherlands.

Yes I know, The car has had four different colour schemes, I do not know if that is a record!

Calling vagabond? I was hoping f-chat could provide me with the inside information on this, before I start calling from Europe asking if the know of a ferrari that was sold about 15-17 years ago, the colour bordeaux or maybe already red with boxster trim, and I don't know the license plate number?!?

Vagabond's e-mail address is at the bottom of their web page. Just e-mail them asking if they can help you get in touch with the former owner of your car. Attach the photo of the note (and give them a timeframe) so that they might be more comfortable with your request. The worst that they can do is delete/ignore it. It won't cost you anything to try.

PM me for details. Do you own this car now? I'd be interested in learning more details of it's stay in Spain...
