With respect to the US, it's very difficult to get financing for large Real Estate deals.
En comparacion con los Estados Unidos, que tan dificil es el financiamineto the propiedades grandes de bienes y raizes

Is it easier to get financing for a large construction project in the US say in the $18,000,000 to $20,000,000 range?
Para financiar projectos de construccion grandes en la arena de $18 - 20 Millones US Dollares, seria mas facil financiar en los Estados Unidos o aqui?

In the US we have private money lenders called "Hard money Lenders".
En los Estados Unidos tenemos prestamistas privados llamados "Hard Money Lenders"
These are private individuals with lots of money who invest in business construction projects.

Are there "private Lenders" in Mexico, and if so, how do I contact them.
