Probably a bad idea... but

I'm going to try a beta-test of some live chat software at Ricambi. My hours will remain 24/7/365 (yeah, that's about what it has become), and I'll always answer email/phone calls.

But, in an effort to organize my workday more efficiently, we're going to try a live chat feature. When I'm online (i.e. not packing boxes, recieving shipments, doing research tasks), you'll be able to chat me "live" via the website.

When the "green" stuff appears in the upper left corner, I'm on-line. Just click it and a chat will open. If I'm busy with another customer, I may not answer immediately. Always feel free to "drop back 10 yards and punt" an email to me: daniel_dot_pass_at_ricambiamerica_dot_com. When I'm offline, the normal "contact information" will appear.

I reserve the right to cancel this service at anytime, without notice. (that's what Mrs. JRR told me to write)
