I have a problem w/ the exterior lights of the 348. So when i turn on my driving lights and or any lights, i notice the turn signal light is on too. I click the left turn signal it turns fine but then when i turn the right turn signal it clicks once then stops. And when i go outside the car to see if the turn signals work i notice the left rear turn signal stays on. I opened up the rear left light housing and i notice the reverse light is burnt out so i changed it. But that still does not help. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

What happens when you activate the hazard switch? The same relay controls the flashing for hazards and directional indicators.

You're in my neck of the woods. When it stops raining lets get the cars together and work this out. Am I reading correctly that when the right turn signal is activated that the left rear bulb stays lit continously? What about the front directional lights and the dash indicator light? Got to love Italian electrical enginneering :)

Well my situation is kinda opposite. Ok so when i turn on my driving lights or headlights, the rear right turn signal stays on. But when i turn the headlights off, everything works fine. The left hand side is just fine, just the right hand side is giving me problems. So frustrating because i checked all the fuses related to exterior lights and that didnt bring up anything. I checked the bulbs and replaced the once that looked burnt out and that didnt help at all. I cant agree with you more about that Italian EE. =( but yeah once this rain clears up it might be good to meet up and check this out. Its a constant battle between man and machine. lol

Try to narrow it down. Turn on the headlights and just check to see if ALL of the marker lights, park lights, license lights, and tail lights come on. Any of them dead or at reduced brightness? Next step, have someone press on the brake pedal while the lights are on. Do BOTH of the brake lights (and the 3rd brake light) come on normally while the tail lights stay at proper brightness, or does pressing on the brakes cause one or more tail lights to go dead or dim?

Chances are pretty good that you have a simple ground problem, or that you have a bulb with a faulty filament or a bad connection at a bulb base. It's very unlikely (my opinion) that you have something amiss with a fuse, relay, wiring, or switch, based on the description you have given so far.

ok so after a brief absense i have come to the concusion that i do not know what is going on w/ my exterior lights. I think i mgiht have a deeper problem. So here are the new problems and a description:

Right Turn signal w/ parking and driving lights on/off: Top two brake lights left and right blink w/ right turn signal.

anyone want to lend some expertise help on this =) thanks everyone.

I stand by my last post. I think it's electrical "feedback" in the system due to a faulty bulb, a dirty bulb holder, or a bad ground connection. Try the simple things first.
