I can't in good faith actually recommend this, but it worked for me. Take 3 oz of solid rocket fuel (thank god I mixed it in small batches for 'safety' sake), melt in an OPEN crucible via electric heater, and wait 'till it gets to flash point. You can wear goggles, face shield, & respirator, it won't matter they will all be lifted off your face in the resulting temporary vacuum.

It'll sting like a ***** for a week, but once you get out of the ER and your eyebrows grow back, you will be acne-free FOR LIFE. (plus have a cool story to tell chicks.)
