Hello everyone, my name is Louis and I write from Italy (Puglia-Bari). It 'the first time that I write on this chat that I find very comprehensive and interesting.
I extend to you a question: I have mounted on my 348 TB of 1989 (with original wheels) 20 mm wheel spacers on the front and on the rear. To the rear no problem but when the front wheels are steered completely and there is a roughness or a bump on the asphalt, the wheels touched under the fender. How can I fix this? Thank you all. Forgive mistakes. Regards.

I think your front spacers are too thick ........ the common size 348 owners use on stock wheels is 15mm front and 25mm rear .......... Ricambi sells them and they are top quality :)

I had 15mm fronts on mine and still managed to dent the wheelarches on occasion. Had to keep a hammer and a lump of wood in the 348 so I could whack it out.

In the end I had the front wheel arches rolled.

    20mm front is too wide.

Maximum on the front of a 348 would be 15mm -- and only works if you have a very squared-shoulder tire design (P-zero is pretty squared).

11mm is more common and less likely to rub.
