Does anyone know the correct procedure for starting a 360 after the battery has been disconnected?

I remember reading do to a key on engine off for 10 mins, so it will learn throttle positions and such, then idle it till it's at operating temperature. Or maybe that is the 430. I don't recall.

It's key on for a minimum of 10 seconds, then start the car and don't touch the throttle, or anything else for 10 minutes, until the cooling fan kicks in. Then re-set the clock and punch in the radio code. You are then good to go.
Expect the engine to stumble the first time its started after re-connecting the battery.
