    As a mate for my 612 GTC I wanted a street version so I'm using the 360 Stradale as an idea for te 612. To give it a performance look I've borrowed a hood from the Viper SRT 10 and cut the gills form a second hood and grafted them into the side cove. The rims are from the F430 and the rear spoiler is mostly formed with body putty.

    you mean the hotweels 1/24 diecast I guess ?

    You have such tremendous modeling talents.

    A friend of mine, who just passed away a few months ago, won the national championships in Utah 3 times as Best In Show. Have you considered entering some of your models?

    What I appreciate about your efforts is that you not only build well, you are very creative with plenty of original ideas. That is what separates a good modeler from a great modeler. The powers that be should see what you did with the 612 GTC.

    If you get time, could you post photos of some of your other recent projects?

    I haven't entered the Salt Lake contest yet but it's a goal.....not to win but just be a part of it.

    I enter 2 or 3 shows per year in the southest.

    Someone send a link for this thread to Maranello, your's is much nicer than the real thing. The same is true for you CGT coupe, I love the roof line on that!!

    Wow! What awesome work. You know, if you filled in the front "hood scoop" opening and carried the lines down to a rounded bulge in the front fender facia, you will have a CS look implemented as a power bulge. Could even paint it with a CS stripe.

    I considered a CS stripe but I haven't seen it on anything that I liked it on except for the 360 CS. Didn't like it on the Maranello that I saw.

    I have a black 360 CS in the works which will have the stripe on it.
