Ascending from the depths of the Gothspeed Laboratory Abyss ...... disembodied entities wail ..... metal machinations echo from the stone walls ... gargoyles adjust their stance .... to behold the newest creation .... a full system, race specification exhaust project for the 355 ....... featuring ...... a new Gothspeed Proprietary Manifold Design* straight piped into a new Goth Jeckll n' Hyde Twin Valve Hi-Flow muffler system .....

After doing cylinder head and exhaust manifold(s) analysis. It was determined a few significant design improvements could be made. Some of these improvements were obvious and others less so. But all were instrumental in creating this balanced manifold, complimentary to cylinder head port shape and engine operating parameters.

A second set of new Goth Manifolds* with the split OE exits are making good progress and will be getting dyno tested to confirm anticipated performance gains. Per the new owner, dyno validation will also be done to the 'race system' below. Enjoy the pics ... :)

*new exhaust manifold design elements are 'patent pending'

Absolutely magnificent. And I thought you were watching the soaps eating bonbons all day. That is one gorgeous metal sculpture, dude. Methinks I need you mock me up a set of 348 headers now. ;)

Very nice! Crazy there's enough room for that much (near) straight primary before the first bend.

indeed :) .... it took some planning to say the least ..... but it should all fit nicely, with good margins to nearby engine compartment components .... including the oil tank and related oil lines ..... :)

The closest vid to this system is on the 2nd line of my signature ..... twin valve 355 vid ... :)

Is the video in your signature with your headers on as well? Or just your twin valve exhaust?

Sounds ridiculous. Looking forward to seeing dyno results!

Oz, that is the bomb! Unlike any other header design I have seen.

Now I know what you have been busy with, taking away from the time you need to spend on my set!

    :-D

The exhaust in the signature vid is this system:

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/447109-project-5-2-depths-laboratory-abyss-ascend-twin-goth-valves.html

.... it is a y-pipe delete, twin bypass cat back system ..... though the silencer external configuration differs a bit, sound options and internal mechanics are kinda similar .... and both are considered to be of Goth Jeckll n Hyde sound option pedigree. Basically, civilized during low throttle cruising and unleashing unholy F1 hell at WOT ... :D

Assuming this is a prototype? Looks nice although some of the welds could be cleaned up.
