Proper parking methode ??

    I travel a lot. Sometimes i dont drive my car for few weeks, and it just sits in my garage. What is the best way to park it properly ??? Should i leave the car in 1 gear with handbrake or without ??? Or should i leave it in neutral with handbrake ??? Whats better for transmission ???

    Don't think about it much, but I'd say all my cars are 1st gear, no handbrake, (disconected battery for anythign over 1 month).

    I leave attached to a battery charger/conditioner and in neutral with handbrake off with a cushion ahead and behind. Garage is flat so it dosnt move but the cushions are just incase of the odd earth tremor (unlikely :D). Leave in neutral as I give it a shove each time I am in garage to rotate tyres, bearings/CV's etc.
