Well, that's my excuse for wanting a new Ferrari! ;) MARK
nothing wrong with the future - in fact most presents come to life because courageous beings take personally imagined futures and bring them into reality, a little like conceiving a new life. nothing wrong with memories - they are very much part of us. nothing wrong with higher order consciousness - ie. the ability to be conscious of being conscious - so long as we have that capability we can 'time travel', ie. remember and imagine. what has happened in london is but a fraction of the present of many so called third world citizens - the fact that they survive and give life and continue on, despite the hardships, is beautiful - a testament to life's implacable force, that no predefined system can marginalize nor subjugate. the problem lies a little closer to home than most first world citizens are willing to admit - it isn't a one sided match.
Still your life is "now"! There is nothing wrong with planning for the future indeed. But you should not plan to start living your dreams in the future. Live your dreams now!
Ton - some nice wallpaper here that will help to keep us focussed! http://www.sexydesktop.co.uk/ferrarid.htm Cheers, MARK
Oh...and some for Wolfarossa: http://www.sexydesktop.co.uk/ferrarif.htm OUCH!!! One of the cars there has real PIMP wheels
It does not show as an option here But the USA Ferrari site says that there is an optional removable, body-coloured aluminum roof panel (with its own storage compartment on the rear bench). Now, THAT's what I would like.... Later, MARK
The sunroof on 360's is an official factory option which is offered through the Scaglietti Personalisation program. So far I only saw 2 cars equiped with this option. Very nice! Have a nice day, Joren
What is this car anyway? Testcar? I see 360 headlights, mirrors, lower airtakes in front of the rear wheels. F430 frontbumper and rims. Hard to see, but it looks like the back is also a normal 360 instead of the F430 lights on top of the rear fenders. ???
If there's one issue with a 360 it's the total production number. That's all. For the rest it's just a gorgous car, no question. BUT : go for a Challenge Stradale. in yellow, no stripes...... Search for the exclusivity.
Yes - exclusivity is an issue, but for me the 360 is about owning a car for the new millennium. New technology. I have, for example, never owned a car with ABS, air bags, traction control or even a CD-player! It would be an interesting experience for me, and one I would like to have. I have also never owned a new car (or even had a company car) and so something as recent as a 360 would really make me smile from ear to ear I do not want a convertable (as I've had enough hassle and bad experiences with cloth tops in the past) but have been spoiled by the 328 GTS's removable roof panel. My ideal 360 F1 must therefore have the Scaglietti roof option...and be a 2000 model or younger, and be Rosso Corsa. MARK
This morning I had a look at a 360 which currently is offered for sale. Ferrari 360 Modena F1 2 owner car / August 2002 / 48.000 KM Belgian car with full service history / Belts done last year Rosso Corsa / Beige Leather / Xenon / Electrical Seats Perfect condition throughout / Only paint chips on front bumper This car is ready for sale and can be visited only by appointment. Cordiali saluti, Joren REMANS
Hello Simon, This 360 is fairly priced a couple of thousands under € 100.000,- with room for negotiating. I believe this could be a good deal for someone who is in the market for a 360 and has the cash. Cordiali saluti, Joren REMANS
