Well I hadd A intermitent Problem with the F.V. I thought on friday...This mornig I simply cleaned up the Ground on the bottom of the motor checked all the fuses replaced a fan fuse...And now when I start it I have no buzzing and a absence of 12v at the connector ,same goes for the throttle switch and the cold start injector?!?
I can not seem to find the protection relay (with fuse built in)???

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

The wiring dictates that the protection relay (item H) should be located somewhere in the RH rear area of the chassis (with the rest of the injection system electrics) -- see Fig 64, page 72 of the 397/85 OM (hopefully, a 3.2 Mondial Owner can get more specific). You should also read the "fuel injection" part of Section 3 of that 397/85 OM.

To measure what's happening (or not happening) at the protection relay (assuming that it's not as simple as a blown fuse -- but we'll hope for that ;)):

When the protection relay is plugged in:

    1. The (GR yellow/red?) wire connected to terminal 30 in the relay socket should always be +12V (even with the key "off").

    2. Terminal 31 is (always) ground.

    3. Terminal 15 should also be +12V whenever the engine is cranking or running (or maybe whenever the key is in pos II or pos III).

    4. When the engine is cranking or running (and the other conditions above are met), terminal 30 of the protection relay is connected to terminal 87 -- so the (R red?) wire connected to terminal 87 of the protection relay should be +12V (this is the +12V power used to run the injection ECU, FV, etc.).

PS Please try to keep it all in a single thread.

PPS If this is a customer's car (for which you will be paid), you should at least get a Silver Subscription -- otherwise, please explain the situation.
