    This could really be aimed at UK folk only i guess. I note that Omgjon used a protective film called Transit Wrap or similar to protect his paintwork during reassembly of the car. I asked sometime ago if it or similar was available in the UK but got little responce. My shell returning home is imminent now ( only been in the workshop 2 years!) so i am getting touchy about protecting the priceless finish whilst in the garage and me flailing about with spanners etc! Anybody help??

    Graham. I would think you could use the stretch wrap they sell as a shipping protectant for palletized freight. It's thin, durable, and comes in a variety of widths and thicknesses.
