Share em if you got em.

    Bars

    Two scoops Isopure chocolate.
    2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    1 cup oats
    5-6 tablespoons water.

mix together, press in waxpaper or cooking spray lined pan.

Freeze for a while and you get a damn good stuff. You can toss these in a plastic bag and they don't melt for at least 3 hours but its not hot here.

225 calories and 18.5 grams of protein per 1/4 of the above.

    Breakfast

    1/4 cup quick oatmeal
    1 scoops Isopure strawberry
    Water to desired texture

Mix these up and microwave until it starts to bubble.

Add 1/4 cup splenda after heating and eat.

Ugly but tastey. 180 calories and 26 grams protein.

Yeah I got tired drinking shakes.

These are the two mixes I have found easy and actually taste decent.

I don't use protein powders. However, my post-workout eating usually involves the following:

Chobani Greek Yogurt, Plain - 100 calories, 18g protein, no fat, 7g carbs (lactose). Plus 20% calcium (most important mineral for your body) and 5 active cultures.

Hard Boiled Eggs - 70 calories each, 5g fat, 7g protein, no carb, complete amino acid groups, rich in riboflavin, selenium, Vitamin B12.

Peanuts, Almonds, cashews, general mixed nuts - great source of unsaturated fats, 6-7g protein per ounce, high in fiber, high in iron, niacin, magnesium (highly under-rated mineral), phosphorous, manganese, copper, etc.

    Real food for the win.

I guess I should clarify that my workouts are super-intense and I'm trying to gain weight, so I eat the nuts BECAUSE they are high in fat. I've been consuming ~5000 cal a day for the past few weeks. Nuts are super calorie dense so I'm chowing on them regularly.

Will do....for the Omega-3 or some other reason? Most of the nut mixes I get don't have walnuts so I'll have to add them in separately.

I've always heard they're the best variety of nuts you can eat. Their overall profile is apparently the best in terms of omega-3's and protein.

I love them though. Mix them with peanuts and sunflower seeds. When I start feeling a little tired/weak I grab a handful and I feel better. I'd eat almonds too, but I don't like the taste.
