    DO NOT BUY! Scam alert!

These absolutely do not fit. Dimensionally, they require brackets to be made. The fittings are also different so you have to change your fuel line fittings.

The manufacturer has told me that “functionality” is what determines compatibility and not installation compatibility (email below).

    Fittings:
The concave is a different angle, to the point the factory fuel lines from the tank cannot even thread on, nor would it be a safe fit if I did. Fire hazard!

Factory line to ProtoXide FPR. Does not fit.

Factory line to factory FPR. Fits.

Factory FPR to fuel tank connector, which shows it’s a wider concave than the ProtoXide one.

This shows the connectors of factory vs ProtoXide that go to fuel rail. Again, factory is a wider concave. This means you have to modify your fuel line fittings for both connectors on the ProtoXide.

ProtoXide FPR to fuel rail, again, more narrow concave than oem. Here is oem pic: Image Unavailable, Please Login

This is the driver side. It could* mount using factory bracket but the tip is touching the fuel injector = fire hazard!!! I had to compress the bend, and angle it up to fit on the driver side.

On the passenger side, it absolutely does not fit using factory brackets. The vacuum nipple hits the intake rubber and the side of the FPR hits the hoist mount.

To get it to fit, I spent ~15 hours designing, fabricating, and, testing mounts. This is the mount that finally worked:

After mounting it is when I learned the lines don’t match either….. While trying to mount them, I reached out to ProtoXide and they sent me this video (filmed on a potato) as proof they mount:
-at this point is when I realized they’re scamming people…

I just reached out to them about the fittings not matching either and this is their response:

He said, “no one have done new bracket” despite me finding only one other FChatter who bought them and he said he has to make new brackets too. I showed you all the evidence of them not fitting… I’m shocked the manufacturer would lie so blatantly.
