Sorry: Privilege Boy am I happy with my life... Am 78 years old, have 5 children, 20 Ferraris since my first in 1957 (now a FF and a 458 Spider), raced at the glorious 50's: Here is me in 1959 F1 GP of England: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm not living far from you but we never met personally however some Ferrari owners I know in Portugal have mentioned several times your name and referred you have been in the 50's a national formula 1 driver legend and that you had a very big accident while racing. Because is a rare privilege to have here a Ferrari owner that has been also a formula 1 race driver and has experienced the legendary and most romantic period of that motor sport, it would be very rewarding if you could leave here your testimony of your greatest experiences with Ferraris as well as formula 1 cars.
great to hear, Fritz! after your last message to me, I've tried emailing, PM'ing and texting you. Let me now how things are going. Mike Z
Amazing. Very very cool story and a great treasure trove of information and tidbits to share with your family
I second that. Fritz is a true Ferrari ambassador, in Portugal and in the world. It's both an honour and a privilege to learn from him, see his photos and call him a friend. In F1 terms, Fritz was a pioneer in his and my beloved Brazil. It was his fortitude, his speed and his talent that paved the way for future brazilian legends: José Carlos Pace, Chico Landi, Emerson and Wilson Fittipaldi, Raúl Boesel, Ingo Hoffman, Roberto Moreno and of course Nélson Piquet and my all time hero Ayrton Senna. Keep those photos coming, Fritz! Keep enjoying your Ferraris, your family, your life and the beautiful Cascais! I had dinner there last week! Kind regards, um grande abraço com irredutível estima e amizade, Nuno.
