    I found a harmonic balancer that I can bore and rebroach the to work on the 308 crankshaft . .. no pullies on it.

    Any thoughts on a pulley kits? . . . figured the alternator pulley might be some "standard" so that might be available off the shelf then modify/make adapters for the water pump and crankshaft.

    After a little thought might be easier to make one custom pulley for the balancer and leave the water pump and alternator as is.
