For those interested in obtaining a Purosangue, I’m curious whether you’ve played with the configurator yet? If so, let’s see how you would build yours. I’m still deciding on colors…

I’ve got an early allocation and have been told to expect configurations to be submitted not long after dealer configurators go live. Interested in what others are hearing as well?

Not an owner, but, like with the GTC4Lusso, Grigio Silverstone and Canna di Fucile are the obvious choices. Then I would add Grigio Eski and Blu Profondo to the list.

Interior? I would've gone with full Bianco including the roof, except for the dashboard.

Wish they kept the rim designs from both the GTC4Lusso and GTC4Lusso T.

Man, when I saw the Testarossa in Grigio Eski on the Ferrari's 70th Anniversary photo album, I was like "OMG, so cool!".

Congratulation for your Purosangue. How hard was to get one ? I wait my confirmation but my dealer still is not giving me a answer.

Did you currently have more than one Ferrari ? I understand thats important also in order to be approved

    Thank u

Lot of thread dialogue on this subject. There’s a poll somewhere as well.

Answers range from first Ferrari in Europe to many cars……

Most were invited by Ferrari in May ( I have to check my emails) and committed sight unseen with a non refundable deposit and 18 month no resale in exchange for a “promise “ of a PS 12 at Some point. Most have a relationship with the brand for a bit and have multiple cars. No one criteria is consistent but if you ask I suspect eventually you will get one.

I have several current cars with my jewel posted above and an ownership history with > 15 cars at this point. I did not ask, but rather was told that I would be offered by the dealer and the offer came from Ferrari.

Demand just went up, so make your request known.

Thank you so much for your reply. I made my request known long time ago. I signed a paper that Ill not sell without telling Ferrari first but I have paid no deposit.

I had few ferrari in the past, now I have one and I have 2 more on the waiting list but my dealer still is not asking me for deposit and or configuration

    Thank you so much

Yep, you have a better chance of getting one of those no matter the ability to buy the Ferrari.

I think it will be a looponnnngggg wait. I am waiting on a FedEx with paperwork. Right of first refusal and Pre-Order agreement. Sign and send back with a $10K deposit and then wait. The end of the second paragraph is what gives me my concern….

“Now that it’s been shown and we have the official details, I can start to take ‘interest list’ deposits from folks to get in line for additional allocation (once the first batch, which, candidly, have been spoken for already with TOP/VIP clients that the factory has told us are eligible, is satisfied).

To do this I just have to send you some documents to sign (including the Right of First refusal and a Pre-Order Agreement) and collect a 10k deposit and copy of your license…then we start saying our hail marys and our-fathers!

Let me know when we can chat quickly on the phone if you have any questions and I can dispatch these docs to you via fedex (address for which…?) with a return and we can get the process started…”

But why? It's not a LaFerrari. It's not a Speciale or VS. It's just a normal cross-over that's not numbered, but simply limited in production just like every other Ferrari.

Because the top tier customers will drive it for 6 months then sell it back to the dealer. Then the dealer will be able to sell it for whatever they want….

I get that. It's just a "nicer" form of flipping.

What I mean is why would that be Ferrari's strategy? Seems to be not a winning one when compared to the success of the Urus, for example.

You could say the same thing about every single Ferrari. In which case no one can ever become a "new" top tier customer.

The Purosangue is not limited to top tier customers. In the same way Ford selected GT buyers, or dealers grant allocations to some clients over others, Ferrari elected to hand pick early buyers they wish to reward. Nothing wrong with that.

No matter which Ferrari model you order, it’s going to time to arrive. So, once they push through early allocations, they’ll open up to others. This is the same way it happens with every new model…whether picked by Ferrari or the dealer. It just requires patience.
