What is the wheel bolt pattern on an '84 Qporte III? I'm assuming the same as the Biturbo/Pantera at 5x114.3, correct? What wheels can I fit on it? I am going to need more than 215's when I'm done with the engine. Premature, yes, but I would like to get all my ducks in a row so the build goes smoothly.

    Thanks!
    Ricky

Could I suggest, just to make things easier to search and find, as well as to avoid flooding the list with a plethora of QP3 threads, that you append your posts to the already-existing 'QP3 catch all' thread?

    Thanks!

Now we have 5 (!!!) threads about the OQIII.

Why isn`t it possible to place posts in one QPIII-thred???? Geeeee......

    Are their thread rules??

I agree for the catch all as it make sense and perhaps the buying guide should have been their in retrospect but major topics even if QPIII specific should be organised separately. One option would be to have a drop down menu for Maserati which would help.

Maybe we'll start a thread about it.

    Strange question reg. "rules"....!

Why not collect all QP III threads in a major section like they do it with the Khamsin. Everything about the K. is discussed there.

Makes it also easier for those folks who a searching something in a year or so about their QPIII!

Walter, I agree with you. I looked and there were 8 current 3500 threads also. My suggestion would be that the website had under Maserati the major car threads so all QPIII threads would be under the Quattroporte Banner (1,2,3,4 etc); Ghibli, 3500 etc and general threads covering more than one car 4.9 motor etc could be under the main heading or a general thread. Anyway, until then it make sense for catch all questions to be in the catch all thread for us regular users. The only downside is that there is some fun in seeing all the new threads even those that do not apply to my car. I have learned a lot from these also. Anyway, however done it is still "alive" which is the best thing about this forum. Ciao

I could not agree more. We really need our own sections. Regarding this forum being alive....compared to the other Masi forum, this forum is great. However, compared to some of my other forums this place is a ghost-town.
