    Is it possible to use Quatrovalvole exhaust header in early 308 GTB carburated model?

    Not really, as the US 84/85 QV's exhaust only has one cat, unlike the the earlier models has two cats.

    Not sure if you mean the Euro headers or the USA exhaust, but regardless I'm pretty sure there were a zillion exhaust configurations and none can bolt right up to the other without modification. My guess is possible if the rest of the exhaust is for the same QV, no if not.

    I ment Euro model. Header looks pretty much the same in picture, but who knows...

    If by "header" you mean a "manifold", the answer is NO: you cannot use the ones frome the two-valve engines on the four-valve engines, and vice-versa, as the section of the exhaust tubes on euro cars is round for the two-valve engine manifolds, and oval for the four-valve engines.
