    X400 (http://tipo107.com/Maserati107/Unidentified_Series_II/Seiten/X400.html) is probably #1212?

For cars that are (or recently were) in the Netherlands you can enter the registration at www.rdw.nl (scroll down and enter the registration in the yellow field that says "Tik hier") to get more info.
See the printscreen below for an example of some information there is for #1212. In the upper left corner you see marque, model and the Dutch registration.
In this case model is “AM107 Quattroporte” but QP I’s are also registered with other model names for instance “4000GT Quattroporte” or “Quattroporte” or erroneous like “Quattroporter”.

The first of the 5 lines in the dates section shows when the APK (=MOT) will expire, the second line (“Datum eerste toelating”) shows when the car was first registered anywhere on the world (when day and/or month are not known they use for instance 28-02 or 30-06).
The third and fourth line show (date and time) when the car was first registered in the current owner’s name, and the fifth line shows when the car was first registered in the Netherlands.

X269 (http://tipo107.com/Maserati107/Unidentified_Series_II/Seiten/X269.html) appears to be purple and there is one car registered as purple (=paars in Dutch), see printscreens below.
I saw that car more than 10 years ago and made a note that it was #2142, but according to the registry #2142 was still in the US in 2016 so my notes are probably wrong.
Unfortunately I have no info about the other four unidentified cars from your post.

Yes maybe #2124, I don't know, I can't check because the car is probably in storage somewhere in the Netherlands but I don't know where.

While searching for more info about the Dutch cars I also found this one (not in the Netherlands but in Hollywood): https://www.liveauctioneers.com/catalog/93765_fine-furniture-silver-and-decorative-objects/
Apparently offered in 2016 in an auction of furniture, silver and decorative objects ("We have many exquisite items on the auction block on September 28th. Highlights are a 1964 Maserati Quadraporte Series II, a 14 karat Emerald necklace, and a 19th century Francois Linke Commode.")!

Click on the photo and then on "View details" and you can see that they say that it is #450, and I don't see #450 in the registry, so maybe a new one for the registry?

It looks like it could maybe be ”Grigio Milano” like my car. *250. I have never seen another Qp in that color.

There were 6 Tipo 107 produced in Grigio Milano. Your car's interior is said to be "naturale". But on the official list there is no such colour denomination shown as having been used for the Quattroporte 107. But anyway, the combination is probably unique.

Thank you, there are a few cars in the registry with interiors called by their owners or other sources "naturale", I always suspected that the factory called this shade officially "marrone". There were 66 cars made with interior colour marrone, of which 4 were 4,7 litres.

On the delivery note it states ”Pelle Marrone” Out of the six Grigio Milano QP's, how many had the Marrone interior?

Regarding QP head rests. Under the heading "Original?" on your excellent tipo107.com there is a picture of a head rest on a QP with a question if it could possibly be original. I would say it is. If you look in the Mistral thread, I have posted a picture of my Mistral with special order head rests. Guess what, they look the same!

Unfortunately, this information is not disclosed by Maserati. Favourite interior colours were Senape (204 cars), Nero (202) and Rosso (100 cars). So we can assume that a third was senape, another third nero and a sixth rosso. that would leave only one for Marrone ;-) (if mathematical probabilities were to be trusted).

YES, you're right, I should change that now. I think they were installing whatever the client wanted. We can assume the headrests are original if the have the original leather that goes with the rest of the interior. If the interior has been altered, mostly headrests have been added later. Maserati often just went down the road and bought some thing at the Lancia dealer, if a customer insisted on headrests. Often, there was only one for the passenger. They were meant for comfort, not safety.

No I don't. I remember when having the door cards removed there was a number written on the backside. I do not find a plaque front of the radiator like it is supposed to. Any other way to find out without dismantling the car?

The most accessible is the rear seat, which can be taken out easily. Sometimes, the number is written on the back of it. I'll make a list of all likely places where the number can be found.

The Quattroporte Tipo 107 Register is back!
It started 10 years ago with information on 366 cars.
Over the last two years, I had to rebuild the entire site, as the old Mac web-software (iWeb) has not been supported for a long time now.
The website shows now over 10 000 pictures and information on 660 cars (of 762 produced).

If you have any additional information, any photographs, any stories to share, please PM me or use the contact form on the website.

10 YEARS OF THE MASERATI QUATTROPORTE TIPO REGISTRY

Exactly ten years ago, on December 3 2012, I announced the new registry for the Tipo 107, listing information on 366 cars. The registry lists now 665 cars and information about colours, production, originality, market, etc. The website has been transferred completely to a new platform and includes over 10 000 photographs and over 120 000 words.
    Every contribution is welcome!

Great job! Keep it up! It is normally silent on forums about tipo 107. How many owners are actively using their cars? I have driven mine appx 40000km the last 11 years and i love it! I can not see any other car that could realistically replace it. It’s a keeper
