Here is a top view of the Hachette Porsche collection 356 A compared to the Fujimi 356 A. The Hachette body looks more accurate. Fujimi backdated a 356 B/C to do their 356 A and it is not very good. The chassis on the Fujimi is although very nice. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Looks like we might be getting a few very limited run good quality 1/24th F1 cars also. BBurago produced this special edition subscription only model a few months ago. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
A few really strange Maserati models. They seemed to have been done for Maserati in 1/24th scale (in the middle the GT4 and Alfieri with full motor detail) but they were never put on sale via the boutique Maserati website. Anyone ever seen these for sale. I have one and they are very nice and come in a really nice blue Maserati box. A magazine called CARLINK is giving the complete set away as gifts if you win the lottery. Only 3000 of each were made. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Latest list for 1/24th Hachette Spain models. They list a Pegaso Z102 as number #39. https://diecast24.blogspot.com/2017/12/nuevo-coleccion-coches-inovidables.html?fbclid=IwAR3u2iEA4lQGKpCx24bLr92eqZyRS0fJlsPG0wVVXeBHc6lUClAYTt4oE4w Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Pegaso Z102 was made between 1951 and 1958; so that probably means a 1952 model. I'm hoping it is the "Thrill" , although that was a 1953 model.
Next up from the ever busy Hachette, Polish cars... That's sort of like Mexican cars. They make a lot of cars, but mainly under the umbrella of another countries auto maker. I still think Hachette is striving to make a nice model of every series production car ever made in 1/43rd and 1/24th scale Hachette 1/24 Polish series 1 FSO Polonez 1500 1978 2 POLSKI FIAT 125P 1970 3 FSO Warszawa 4 LADA 1500 https://diecast24.blogspot.com/2019/02/nueva-coleccion-test-legendary-polish.html?fbclid=IwAR3JA3sNMHFxlbdXT9ZPxZADHfJhqxdFU9-JITuUiL2wedpTtGvAKgo4c38
Not 1/24th but another Hachette release in 1/8th. This one looks very interesting. A 1955 short wheelbase W196 full detail Mercedes. https://coleccionescheveres.blogspot.com/2019/02/mercedes-benz-fangio-1-8-ar.html Image Unavailable, Please Login
More photos of that 1/8th scale Hachette Mercedes 1955 W196. Looks pretty well done other than the chromed but nice wire wheels and a few details. Another subscription kit that probably will be available fully built in a few years under the White Box name. I hope the 1/8th F40LM is also made available via White Box. Another Hachette 1/24th collection. The FIAT collection, 120 years. These are the first four. They have done all these basic cars before but for example as a SEAT version. Should be interesting to watch as I only collect 1/43rd, 1/24th and 1/12th scales with the few 1/8th big models also. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi, Tom, just read that you have rally decals for the Renault 12 Gordini and the Peugeot 504 - for what rallies (504: Safari, Marocco?) and where can I get these? Your Panamericana decals are the highest quality sheet that I ever used... While I have acquired some of the Spain models they seem to have partially better detailing and finish than the France models which causes some mourning on French blogs (for instance, the Renault 12 TS Fasa has separately added door handles while on the French R 12 Gordini they are cast with the body and only accented with some silver paint). Anyway, I'm urgently looking forward to the Pegaso Z102 which sould be released early in July. A Fiat collection could be great - this could include some real classic Italian exotics: the legendary 8 V from the early 50's, the 2300 Coupé and the Fiat Dino Spider (pininfarina) and Coupé (Bertone) from the 60's or the 124 Abarth rally from the 70's... About 2 years ago in England a test for a 1/24 collection started, but never materialized, as it seems - I ordered from a British ebayer the first (test) model - a 1958 Morris Minor Traveller (the same as in the France collection apart from RHD and UK plates). The possibilities would have been endless... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think we are all waiting for that Pegaso Welcome aboard Scudetto1959. I think you might like my next Cartograf printed decals, the 1954 Pan Am VW's( 2 or 3 of them). Also one of the Pan Am Jaguar XK120 roadster's and another 1954 Pan Am 1900 Alfa.
Sorry , I got the decals off French Ebay. They are available directly from the maker Rallye-Miniature. https://www.ebay.com/itm/DECALS-1-24-REF-877-PEUGEOT-504-MIKKOLA-RALLY-FROM-MOROCCO-1975-RALLY-WRC/292671585626?hash=item442495fd5a:g:EOkAAOSwiYFXGj89
New Burago in 1/24th. The Capri might be kind of cool as it did race at the Spa 24 hour touring car race. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
First photo of the 1/24th Pegaso Z102. It is a Touring coupe as suspected. Knowing Hachette it will be very accurate. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Slightly better pictures of the 1/24th Hachette made Pegaso late production Touring Z102. I have to check wich chassis it is supposed to be. Need to change out the wire wheels but the big spinners look ok. PEGASO Z102 (1955) 1/24 number 39 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
More photos of the Z102 in 1/24th scale. Hachette always does nice work as long as they don't sub contract it out. This one was done in house and has no opening features. Someone already makes a nice 1/24th Pegaso Z102 supercharged motor in resin if you want one. Use the spinners and replace the wire wheels with FPPM wheels and you have a great model. By the way I just gave Fernando at FPPM a set of Stelvio Pirelli's in 1/24th that I had designed and printed to a very high standard. They will look great on this car. This is by far the most outstanding release in the Spanish collection - it certainly can me made to an fantastic model! The next interesting model could be the Lancia Aurelia B 20 Coupé in the French 1/24 Tin Tin series: I don't know how authentic it will be because that is a classic cartoon from earlier decades but at least a workable model of the B20 would be great!
This is the 1/43 version - the 1/24 model should be released in about 3 - 4 weeks, IIRC. Don't know how detailed it will be, but the wheels could be exchanged with those from Quattroruotes B24 spider. Or - with the use of Patto's place decals - the Carrera Panamericana car could be made (with some necessary body modifications, too) Anyway, would be a great GT car, if the main proportions are correct!
The Lancia B20 and Pegaso Z102 are out. They have listed several new models including an Alfa Romeo in 1/24th scale. They just keep getting better and better with quality. They do care about accuracy and keep all panels closed wich helps a lot, although I would not mind them opening up just the motors. Very tight door outlines, better than a lot of kit makers!! By the way, the B20 looks better in the new photos I have seen. Grill and overall detail more crisp. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
